Well strengthened start in the morning

Before you start, enjoy a hearty breakfast in all cosiness. At the rich buffet there are numerous delicacies, fresh juices and healthy delicacies. Homemade specialties such as fruity jams, fragrant spelt rye bread or stuffed buchteln you must have tried once! The cuisine at the Hotel Barbarahof is not for nothing a highlight for many of our guests. And after this first highlight of enjoyment of the day, it finally goes out into nature.

By bike to the adventure park in the valley shot

Use your equally active afternoon for a bike tour with Chef Roland, who is a trained bike guide. Rent a mountain bike at the reception and set off together with the other guests to the end of the valley of Hinterglemm. Once there, you will find yourself in an exciting world of experience. Walk through the treetop path and the “Golden Gate Bridge of the Alps” or visit the high ropes park. Then you cycle back to the Hotel Barbarahof. The journey time (there and back) is about 1.5 hours.

Rain? No problem!

In bad weather, the hotel’s own wellness oasis with sauna area is a perfect place to relax extensively. Especially if you have spent active hours during the day in Saalbach Hinterglemm, the feel-good massages are a wonderful reward. This is wellness for body and mind during your summer holiday!
