We offer family rooms for 3 to 5 people — depending on the category, these feature separate sleeping areas or connecting doors between two rooms. We are happy to provide baby cots free of charge; children’s beds are usually already included in the family categories. Is there childcare in summer?

We currently do not offer fixed childcare at the hotel. However, the tourist board’s weekly programme includes supervised children’s activities several times a week (alpine pasture visits, bike courses, creative workshops, swimming), which are free of charge for hotel guests with the Joker Card.

90 percent of the slopes in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn are artificially snowed — thanks to a state-of-the-art snowmaking system, the season from early December to early April is reliably guaranteed even in mild winters.

Is there a beginner area for children to learn to ski?

Yes. The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm offers several child-friendly practice areas – for example, the KIDS LAND at Reiterkogel with a magic carpet, conveyor belt, and mascots. Ski schools provide group and private lessons for children aged 3 and above. Bookings can be made directly through us.

Can children's ski courses be booked through the hotel?

There is no ski slope that ends directly at the hotel—but you can reach the nearest valley run in just a few minutes on foot or by the free ski bus. We are considered a well-located ski hotel in the valley, with short distances to the Reiterkogelbahn and Schattbergbahn.

Is the wine tasting with sommelier Roland also held in winter?

Yes. Hotel owner Roland Steger is a certified sommelier and hosts exclusive wine tastings for in-house guests year-round—especially in winter. It is hard to find a more sociable way to round off a day on the slopes. Please see the weekly programme for dates or ask at reception.

What Winter Packages Are Available?

For the 2026/27 winter season, we are planning various packages – from Christmas getaways, ski opening events, family ski weeks, and ski weekends to high-season specials and the season finale in April.
