Cancellation conditions at Hotel Barbarahof
You fall ill shortly before your planned vacation in Saalbach Hinterglemm. You have a car breakdown on the way to the Hotel Barbarahof. Or you break your arm while skiing. In these and similar cases, it is beneficial to know about the cancellation policy and travel cancellation insurance for your vacation.
By booking at the ****Hotel Barbarahof, you agree to the following cancellation policies:

| Stays during the period July 15, 2026 – August 15, 2026: | Free cancellations and rebookings* possible up to 21 days before arrival. |
| Stays during the period August 16, 2026 – December 19, 2026: | Free cancellations and rebookings* possible up to 7 days before arrival. |
| Stays during the period December 3, 2026 – December 20, 2027: | Free cancellations and rebookings* possible up to 14 days before arrival. |
| Stays during the period December 21, 2026 – March 4, 2027: | Free cancellations and rebookings* possible up to 60 days before arrival. |
| Stays during the period March 5, 2027 – March 28, 2027: | Free cancellations and rebookings* possible up to 14 days before arrival. |
For later cancellations, rebookings outside the stated deadlines, or no-shows, 100% of the agreed booking price will be charged.

By booking a holiday home, you agree to the following cancellation policies:

Good to know: Groups, Re-letting & Travel Insurance
- For group bookings (15 people or more), free cancellation is possible up to 3 months before arrival.
- In the event of a cancellation, we will endeavor to re-let the canceled room if possible. If successful, a processing fee will be charged. This fee depends on the travel period, occupancy, and time of cancellation, and ranges between 5% and 50% of the booking price.
- Lack of snow, work-related vacation stoppage or vacation changes, illness in the family or vacation plan changes due to school vacations are not permissible reasons for cancellation. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded. Additional cancellation fees may apply.
- We recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance (Travel Cancellation Insurance)! For only five percent of the travel price, this covers not only your cancellation costs and trip interruption, but also ensures you are insured in case of late arrival, involuntary extension of your holiday, and search and rescue operations (including helicopter rescue).
- We apply the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry).
