You won´t need a car - our house is located below the exit Sunliner "34a", just between Saalbach and Hinterglemm. This exit takes you on a particularly beautiful, less traveled ski run directly to our hotel.
The dependance Ferienhaus Landleben is the ideal starting point for various recreational activities in both summer and winter. On 190sqm about 8 people take space in the house, depending on whether you are traveling with children or as a smaller group.
You decide whether you book the cottage as "self catering" or in conjunction with "half board" in the Hotel Barbarahof. A walkway takes you shortly to the hotel where you can use all the facilities and our weekly program, including all activities we offer the guests in our hotel.

Located very close to our hotel we offer our guests a spacious lawn with a swimming pool... a place to relax. On hot summer days you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the cool water! The pool is environmentally friendly, heated with solar energy and can even be used on cooler days, due to the roof-glass dome.

Our beautiful garden borders with its 700 m² directly to the cottage Ferienhaus Landleben.
From the petting zoo with rabbits and guinea pigs for the children, to the outdoor chess for adults we offer something for everyone! The pavilion in front of the habitat is often utilized for a leisurely afternoon coffee, the meditation corner for a good reading lesson. In addition, we got a nice little “Marian devotion” for a place of quietness.

From december to april a ski bus runs every 20 minutes in both directions for free!
The ski-slope "34a" is on both sides (Saalbach and Hinterglemm) accessible and ends right in front of the ski storage room!
In the morning there are two possibilities to get to the lifts: either you take the ski bus which runs every 20 minutes, or you use the free ski train (= awesome little tractor with wagons attached)! This stops right next to the hotel and takes our guests exclusively to Schattberg X-Press (or Reiterkogelbahn) daily at 08:50 clock, 09:00 clock and 09:30 clock!

We offer enough parking space for every guest, spaces available in front and at the back side of the hotel! For motorcycles we are pleased to offer a garage, for the bicycles we got an extra bicycle storage room.
