General terms and conditions
The GTCS(General Terms and Conditions of Business for the Hotel Industry) apply at our establishment.
When booking you will automatically agree to our cancellation policy.
- The deposit will only be refunded if cancellation occurs if your trip is prevented by force majeure or if a trip participant must cancel due to illness (medical evidence required - valid only for the sufferer, not for all travelers).
- Cases such as: bad weather, work-related vacation stop, work-related holiday changes, illness in the family, holiday schedule change due to school holidays, etc. are not a legitimate reason for a cancellation - the deposit is not refundable, it may incur cancellation charges.
- From 3 months up to 1 month prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking.
- From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the cost of the booking.
- When you cancel during the last week before arrival, we will invoice you for 90% of the cost of your booking.
